Eligibility
Faculty, research scientists, postdocs, or graduate students at URA-member universities; Researchers doing work in high-energy physics, astrophysics, theory, accelerator physics, etc.; Must be employed by or enrolled at URA member institutions during the award
Requirements
Individual or group proposals; Written and submitted by the intended awardee; Application proposal requirements include applicant profile, project proposal, budget, bio-sketch, waiver of indirect costs, and letters of support.

Applicant Profile; Project Proposal (max 8 pages); Budget spreadsheet; Bio sketch (max 2 pages); Waiver of indirect costs letter; Letters of Support (Fermilab sponsor/collaborator, faculty advisor for students/postdocs)
