Eligibility
Membership in CSA or having aided an institution that is an institutional member or employs a standard member; Long-term efforts in collecting, rescuing, conserving, and/or finding appropriate long-term homes for objects; Making objects available for research, study, exhibitions, websites, and/or donations; Promoting the importance of studying extant objects for primary research
Requirements
Nomination must be submitted by a sponsor who is a CSA member; Nominee must consent to the nomination; Nomination packet must include sponsor letter, nominee resume/CV, list of supporters, summary of highlights, and three letters of support from CSA members

Contact potential nominee to secure consent; Submit initial nomination letter via online form by October 15, 2026; Upon eligibility verification, submit full nomination packet via online form by December 1, 2026
