Small museum, historical society, historic house or site, or similar institution; Must have a collection of tangible costume objects; Limited budget ($350,000 or less); Limited staff (5 or fewer); Utilize volunteers for key staff functions; Non-profit organization under IRS Section 501
Requirements
Must be or become a CSA Library or Museum & Association Member, or have a staff member who is or becomes an Individual CSA Member; Must publicly acknowledge CSA in all lectures, publications, and publicity pertaining to the award
