Information for experienced landscape architecture professionals interested in mentoring LAF Ignite students, including requirements, expectations, and application process.

Eligibility
Mid-career level or higher (minimum of 6 years of professional experience).; Retired professionals engaged with the discipline may apply.; Existing commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).; Understand the value of intergenerational mentorship.; Dedicated to building a relationship based on trust, respect, and communication.
Requirements
Participate in a mentorship orientation session.; Establish an environment of trust and mutual respect.; Maintain confidentiality and create a safe space for the mentee.; Meet regularly with the mentee (1-2 hours per month for the first year).; Support the mentee academically, relationally, and professionally.
