Application instructions for the Japan-ASEAN Global Partnership Strengthening Grant, part of the JFSEAP Program. Details program purpose, eligible projects, and application qualifications.

Eligibility
Non-profit organizations located in ASEAN member states, Timor-Leste, or Japan.; Japanese applicants can be educational/research institutions, corporations, foundations, or NPOs.; Excludes national/local government bodies, foreign governments, and international organizations funded by Japan.; Organizations without legal status may be eligible if organized and responsible.
Requirements
Projects must address contemporary common issues between Japan and ASEAN.; Projects must start between April 1, 2026, and March 31, 2027.; Must have a partner organization in Japan if applying from ASEAN, or vice versa.; At least 20% of total project costs must be covered by non-JF funds.
