Applications must be certified by both a study abroad and financial aid advisor.; Financial aid advisor confirms Pell Grant status and estimated financial aid.; Study abroad advisor confirms program details and travel advisory levels.

How to apply

Log into Gilman Advisors Portal.; Click the Applications tab or the card indicating Applicants Need Certification.; Select the appropriate application term.; Click Certify Now under your name.; Review details and answer certification questions.; Check the box and select Submit.
