Permanent resident of Hong Kong; Obtained doctoral degree after September 2024

Requirements

Must pursue postdoctoral research outside Hong Kong; Must be accepted by the institution applied to; Start-up allowance requires returning to Hong Kong within six years of PhD graduation to take a tenure-track position at a UGC-funded institution
