Full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students at nine specific Hong Kong universities experiencing unexpected personal or family crises; Current or recent Croucher award recipients based at a US university or research institute; Hong Kong researchers affected by US NIH or NSF cuts to foreign subawards

Requirements

Must be enrolled at one of the nine participating Hong Kong universities for the student emergency fund; Must have experienced a sudden, unexpected event such as illness, accident, or death in the family

Students at participating universities should contact their respective student affairs office; Croucher scholars or researchers affected by US funding cuts should contact the Croucher Foundation or their Research Office directly
