Eligibility

Full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students at participating Hong Kong universities; Current or recently ended Croucher award recipients based at a US university or research institute; Hong Kong researchers affected by US NIH and NSF cuts to foreign subawards

Requirements

Must be experiencing unexpected personal or family crises (e.g., sudden illness, accident, death in the family); Must be enrolled at one of the nine participating Hong Kong universities for student applicants
