Eligibility

Full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students at participating Hong Kong universities experiencing unexpected personal or family crises; Current or recently ended Croucher award recipients based at a US university or research institute; Hong Kong researchers affected by US NIH and NSF cuts to foreign subawards

Requirements

Must be enrolled at one of the nine participating Hong Kong universities for student emergency needs; Must have encountered unexpected personal or family crises (e.g., sudden illness, accident, death in family); Must undergo an interview with a professionally qualified student counsellor for student grants
