Eligibility

Normally a permanent resident of Hong Kong; Mid-career researcher; Cannot accept remunerated or voluntary undertakings (e.g., teaching, leadership); University staff for less than three years or on probationary/limited-term contract are ineligible to be presented

Nominations submitted by universities in Hong Kong; Research proposal and estimate of costs for research grant; Research normally conducted at own university in Hong Kong; Provide expertise, inspiration, and leadership in research
