Eligibility

Voting member: individual or delegate with management responsibility for a State or Territorial Program enrolled in the MFRPS.; Non-voting member: employee of a State or Territorial Program enrolled in the MFRPS or agency providing supporting services.; Technical advisor: FDA employee responsible for assisting programs in achieving, implementing, or auditing the MFRPS.

Complete the MFRPA Portal Access Request form on the page.; Select membership type and confirm eligibility.; Submit the form for approval.
