Authors of musicological scholarship; Contingent faculty, independent scholars, or professionals whose research is not remunerated as part of their paid employment are eligible for an additional $2,000

Detailed proposal explaining substance, structure, and disciplinary importance; Content of each chapter; Current status of the study; Projected date for completion of the manuscript; One or more sample chapters
