Must currently reside in a country with a per-capita GDP below $41,000 (based on World Bank data); Must have resided in an eligible country continuously for at least the last 12 months; Applicants cannot be students or foreign nationals working or studying in the United States or another country who claim the eligible address as a permanent address without 12...

Requirements

Applicants presenting at the annual meeting must still apply to receive the waiver; Eligibility is subject to applicable US laws and regulations, including trade and economic sanctions
