Submit documentation of U.S. citizenship by the application deadline.; If institution does not provide GPAs, a signed statement from a university official determining equivalent GPA is needed.; FAFSA Submission Summary for the current academic year is required.; Unofficial transcripts from all colleges/universities attended are required.
