Eligibility

Have been in operation for at least two years.; Have a mission and core programs consistent with grant-making focus areas.; Be able to report on program results.; Have an executive director or equivalent leadership role in place for at least 12 months.; If undergoing leadership transition, must have a board-led transition plan.; Have an audit within the last two years or up-to-date financial records.
