Requirements

Fully executed fiscal sponsorship agreement (not more than two years old).; Agreement specifies administrative fee.; Program budget including administrative fees.; Fiscal sponsor must have strong financial management practices.; Fiscal sponsor must submit annual reports on fund usage.
