Graduating senior at NCAA member institution; Cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher; Participation in intercollegiate athletics; Intends to enroll full-time in graduate program; Demonstrates exceptional character, leadership, and service

Completed nomination form; Official undergraduate transcripts; Personal statement; At least four letters of recommendation

How to apply

Student-athletes are nominated by their institution's Faculty Athletics Representative (FAR) or designated administrator.; Contact athletic academic counselor or Faculty Athletics Representative for guidance.
