Eligibility

Must have a potential UC Berkeley Faculty Host(s) in their department.; Only professors with an active full-time appointment in a Berkeley academic campus department are eligible to be hosts.; Emeritus, adjunct professors are not eligible to be hosts.; Applicant cannot hold a paid/unpaid appointment at UC Berkeley at the time of nomination or throughout the competition and award cycle.

Requirements

Three References (other than the nominator).; A UC Berkeley Faculty Host.; References and hosts must be entered by the applicant in the online application.; References must upload a PDF letter.; UCB Faculty Host must upload a supplementary support letter answering specific host/mentor questions.
