Eligibility criteria for the Mitchell Scholarship: U.S. citizen, 18-30 years old, and hold a bachelor's degree. Spouses/partners are accepted but not funded.

Eligibility

Must be a U.S. citizen.; Must be between 18 and 30 years old on October 1st of the application year.; Must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university before starting as a Mitchell Scholar.
