US Citizens, US National residents of American Samoa, or expecting citizenship by award date.; Currently enrolled at a US-based accredited institution.; In penultimate year (4+ year degree) or final year (3-year degree).; Nominated by current or former institution; schools limited to 4 nominees + 3 transfers.; Planning graduate school for a public service career.
Requirements
Attend Truman Scholars Leadership Week.; File annual reports with the Foundation.; File a graduate school proposal before receiving funding.; File an employment report for 3 of 7 years post-graduation in public service.
