Eligibility
Veteran and active duty military service members (all branches, pre- and post-9/11 eras).; Current spouses of veterans or active service members, including surviving spouses.; Must be a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate, graduate, or professional degree at a U.S.-based, accredited institution.; Child dependents are not eligible.; Cadets/current ROTC participants with a future service commitment are not eligible.; Members of U.S. Public Health Service, First Responders, and Intelligence Community (unless also veterans/service members/spouses) are not eligible.

Current resume; Two 500-word essay questions; Character recommendation from a third party (specific questions via application tool); 250-word biography; Completed FAFSA and financial worksheet; Completed Student Aid Report (SAR)
