SULI Recommender Information
Guidelines for SULI applicants regarding the selection of recommenders and the submission process for letters of recommendation.
Applicants must provide two letters of recommendation.; Recommenders must be professional or academic contacts aware of the applicant's STEM experience.; Ideal recommenders include STEM course instructors, internship mentors/supervisors, and research advisors.; Recommendations from family, friends, social acquaintances, religious leaders, or peer-level former interns are not permitted.; Former SULI/CCI interns who are permanently employed at DOE labs/headquarters or serve as academic instructors/advisors are eligible.
Requirements
Two letters of recommendation are required.; Recommendations must be submitted through the online system.; Email submissions or other methods are not accepted.
