University must be a public state school.; In-state residency is determined by the institution.; Institutions can become partners by agreeing to support students with stipend and tuition waiver.
Requirements
Master's Degree recipient.; Strong Letter of Interest.; Proven record of service, awards, and honors.; Professional skills and experiences (publishing, research, presentations, TA/RA/GRA experience).; Strong faculty and/or professional recommendations.
Application materials
Letter of Recommendation (from professionals familiar with applicant's work).; Letter of Interest/Personal Statement (max two pages, single-spaced, 12pt font).; Dissertation abstract (one page, single-spaced, 12pt font).
How to apply
Applications accepted starting in January.; Submit applications by March 31.; Contact SREB-DSP staff for application questions.; Reapplication requires updated documents and notification.
