Schedule 4 form (for first-time disability applications); Medical documents (for disability claims); Consent and Declaration form (for married/common-law students); Schedule 3 form (for concurrent enrolment/exchange/field study); Estimate of costs (for assistive services/equipment)

How to apply

Create a verified Student Aid Account; Complete the application online (full-time) or download form (part-time); Submit additional forms if required (income verification, disability, etc.); Wait for Student Aid to contact you; Complete loan agreement(s); Receive your money
