Full-time graduate student in good standing at an accredited university; Early career psychologist no more than 10 years post-doctoral; APF encourages applicants from diverse backgrounds with respect to age, race, color, religion, creed, nationality, ability, sexual orientation, gender, and geography

Conformance with stated program goals; Quality of proposed work; Preference given to proposals with a plan to disseminate findings to the public, especially through media organizations
