Eligibility

Individuals on clinical track MD-PhD or Veterinary-PhD programs are not eligible.; Candidates may pivot into natural sciences, engineering, mathematics, or computing.; Applications proposing a pivot into the Social Sciences are not eligible.

Requirements

Must evidence a clear record of achievement and productivity relative to field.; Applications have word and page limits; pay close attention to guidance.; Fellowship Research Proposal must represent a genuine, ambitious change of focus from PhD studies.; Must learn a new skill set for the pivot; linear extensions of PhD studies are unlikely to be competitive.; Selected Fellows must pursue a Fellowship Research Placement in a different location to their PhD.

Important dates

Fellows are expected to begin their Fellowship Research Placements in either July or October.
