Reimbursement Form
The reimbursement policy for the Ruth D. Peterson Fellowship for Racial and Ethnic Diversity has been updated. Previously, all receipts were required for reimbursement, and a specific GSA link was provided for meal per diem rates. The new policy clarifies that receipts are not required for meals if per diem rates are applied, but are required for all other expenses. It also provides a more detailed explanation of how per diem rates will be applied.
