Final-year students who are graduating from an MFA degree program in the United States.; Nominees should be graduating in the spring semester that directl:y follows the fall nominating cycle.; Nominees need not be U.S. citizens.
Requirements
Candidacy is by nomination only.; Nominations must be submitted by department chairpersons from MFA programs in painting and sculpture.; Each institution may nominate two candidates.

JPGs of eight work samples; Descriptive list of the works; Biographical statement
How to apply
Department chairpersons submit nominations.; Once nominated, nominees receive application guidelines via e-mail.; Nominees submit required materials.
Important dates
October 1, 2025: Nominations open; December 19, 2025: Deadline for submitting nominations; January 15, 2026 at 5 p.m. EST: Deadline for applications
