Eligibility
Must be an APS member for at least one year at the time of application; Must be a graduate student who is either a first-generation college student or from an economically disadvantaged background; Must have at least 18 months left to complete their PhD program; Must be a citizen or permanent resident of the U.S. or its territories; Must have an advisor or principal investigator (PI) who is an APS member
Requirements
Full-time enrollment in a PhD program in physiological sciences; Documentation on training in responsible conduct of research, human subjects' use, and care and use of vertebrate animals as appropriate
