Eligibility
Open to Caltech and non-Caltech undergraduate students pursuing STEM degrees.; Open to U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents (LPRs).; Caltech Students: Minimum 2.00 GPA, must complete third term, eligible for fall registration, not under disciplinary sanction, available full-time for 10 weeks.; Non-Caltech Students: Minimum 2.50 GPA, must complete second semester or third quarter, not under disciplinary sanction.

Identify and contact a mentor in advance.; Submit a written research proposal.; Submit two letters of recommendation (at least one from a faculty member).; Submit an unofficial transcript (non-Caltech students only).
