Requirements
Signed Use Agreement on file; Signed waiver of liability for all group members; Agreement holder is financially responsible for damage or loss of property
Application materials
Purpose of use; Frequency and duration of use; Number of anticipated participants; Special requirements
How to apply
Contact Pat Kambesis or Dawn Ryan at least two weeks prior to desired use; Submit application for Use Agreement at least 2 weeks before first intended use; Once approved, make reservation requests to the Operations Manager
Important dates
Reservation requests should be made no less than 14 days prior to intended use
