Nominee must have been initiated by April 1, 2022.; Nominee need not be affiliated with an academic institution.; Nominee must be an active member with current dues paid as of April 1, 2027.; Nominee cannot be a sitting board member, divisional vice president, committee member, or society employee at the time of application.
Requirements
Distinguished record of past accomplishments (at least six years of substantive service).; Documented evidence of national or international prominence and visibility.; Demonstrated consistency of excellence in teaching and/or service or the arts.
Application materials
Cover letter from chapter president or nominator.; Current CV.; One to three work samples.
