Eligibility

Nominee must have been initiated by Feb. 1, 2022.; Nominee need not be affiliated with an academic institution.; Nominee must be an active member with current dues paid as of April 1, 2027.; Nominee cannot be a sitting board member, divisional vice president, committee member, or society employee at time of application.; Service cannot be part of the nominee's job description or position.; Service cannot be the sole donation of money.

Requirements

Distinguished record of dedicated, sustained service over many years (at least six years of substantive service).; Demonstrated involvement of the nominee's participation in service activities.; Evidence of demonstrated impact of the service.

Application materials

Cover letter from chapter president or other nominator describing sustained service and impact.; Current CV.; One to three letters of support.

How to apply

Submit application through online portal.; Recipient's attendance at the Society's biennial convention is expected.
