Nominee must have been initiated by April 1, 2022.; Nominee need not be affiliated with an academic institution.; Nominee must be an active member with current dues paid as of April 1, 2027.; Nominee cannot be a sitting board member, divisional vice president, committee member, or employee.

Cover letter from chapter president or nominator.; Current CV.; At least one (up to three) work sample(s).
