Funds must meet minimum balance within 5 years or be terminated.; Funds are non-transferable between P.E.O. Foundation funds.; All gifts/donations become part of the P.E.O. Foundation and are non-returnable.

How to apply

Indicate Option A or Option C on the Form to Establish a Fund in the P.E.O. Foundation.
