Eligibility

Applicant must be female.; Applicant cannot be related to a current scholarship selection committee member.; Applicant cannot be related to a major donor or substantial contributor.; Recipient must be a citizen or legal permanent resident of the U.S. or Canada.; Recipient must be a high school graduate or equivalent.; Recipient must be enrolled in an accredited post-secondary institution in the U.S. or Canada.

Requirements

Create a scholarship application.; Determine selection criteria and present to the chapter for a vote.; Adhere to P.E.O. Foundation requirements.; Find qualified applicants.; Oversee the selection process.; Present selected candidate name(s) to the chapter for a vote.
