Veteran and active duty military service members (all branches, pre- and post-9/11 eras); Current spouses of veteran or active service members, including surviving spouses; Must be a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate, graduate, or professional degree; Not eligible: Child dependents, cadets/current ROTC, non-military USPHS/First Responders/Intelligence Community members; Scholarships awarded for upcoming fall/spring academic year, not retroactive
