Requirements

Proposal must be co-developed with a DOE scientist and PhD thesis advisor.; Proposed research must be approved by the PhD thesis advisor.; Proposal must be an integral part of the applicant's doctoral thesis project.; Proposal must address at least one SCGSR Priority Research Area.; Proposal must be submitted as a PDF document.
