Instructions for submitting official graduate transcripts and proof of PhD candidacy for the SCGSR program. Includes requirements for format, content, and redaction of PII.

Eligibility

Must have obtained Ph.D. candidacy at their graduate institution.

Requirements

Provide official graduate transcripts for current graduate institution.; Upload transcripts electronically into the online application system.; If transcript doesn't show PhD candidacy, submit official proof (signed letter from Registrar or Department Chair).; Transcripts must be in PDF format, 10MB or smaller.; Redact all Social Security numbers and/or dates of birth prior to uploading.
