Must have received doctoral degree at the start of the award; Must use large-scale data (federal, international, or state longitudinal administrative data); Must not have previously received an AERA Research Grant as PI or CoPI; Must not accept concurrent grant or fellowship awards for the same project; Must share data or data-related products produced under the award

Proposal narrative (limited to 7 single-spaced pages); Variables list; References; Budget; List of other support; Principal and Co-Principal Investigator curriculum vitae (limited to 2 pages each)
