U.S. citizen with valid passport through Nov 1, 2027; Conferred college degree or enrolled as 2nd year or higher; College degree from accredited US or Canadian university; College studies undertaken completely in English; Native-like English speaker; 18-44 years old as of Jan 1, 2027
