Requirements
Full-time graduate-level study in Norway (exchange or full degree); Online courses and summer programs not eligible; Project description must be of academic merit and feasible; Project/academic field must be of mutual benefit to Norway and U.S.; Must notify NORAM of other funding sources and plan changes
