NIJ LEADS Academics program for early-career academics to partner with law enforcement professionals. Three-year commitment.

Eligibility
Doctorate or equivalent terminal degree awarded during or since 2020.; Experience working directly with a law enforcement agency on research.; Full-time professor or research faculty at a US university/college.
Requirements
Current CV with degree receipt date.; Letter of support from department chair/supervisor.; One law enforcement practitioner reference.; Personal essay addressing specific questions.
