Individual residents of US states/territories, 13+ years old; Teams of eligible individuals; Corporations or legal entities domiciled in specified jurisdictions; Entries by minors require parent/guardian co-signature; Excludes NIJ employees and Federal Excluded Parties list entities

Requirements

Phase 1: Prospectus (max 10 pages) detailing solution, implementation, cost, and feasibility.; Phase 2: Full proposal (max 30 pages) elaborating on Phase 1 elements.; Entries must be submitted via the Office of Justice Programs Grants Management System (GMS).
