Applicant Information: Institution, Team, President/Chancellor, Media contact details.; Executive Summary: Brief overview of team's commitment to civic engagement (max 250 words).; Applicant Letter: From president, chancellor, or campus executive summarizing team's effort.; Narrative: 2-3 page document addressing goals, efforts, impact, and future plans.; Annotated Artifacts: Up to two artifacts (PDFs, presentations, videos, images, URLs) with narrative annotations.
