Must be legally blind in both eyes; Must be 18 years of age by July 3, 2026; Visual field limitation to 20 degrees or less; Must participate in person in the entire NFB National Convention; May award scholarships to part-time students meeting other requirements; Central visual acuity of 20/200 or less in the better eye with correction
