Must be legally blind in both eyes; Must be 18 years of age by July 3, 2026; Must be residing in the United States, DC, or Puerto Rico; Must participate in person in the entire NFB National Convention; Must be pursuing full-time post-secondary study (part-time considered); Visual field limitation to 20 degrees or less
