Must have completed requirements for a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.; Must meet one of the following: U.S. Citizenship, U.S. LPR status, or Foreign national eligible for J-1 Visa.; Foreign nationals not eligible for J-1 visa should not apply.; Applicant for LPR, asylee, or refugee with valid EAD and pending I-485 or I-589.; Must not have held an NPP appointment for five years prior to applying.
Requirements
Must have fulfilled all eligibility requirements.; Fellows are stipend recipients, not employees.; Must provide proof of health insurance.; Required to maintain all safety, security, and IT training requirements of the host Center.; Relocation costs must be pre-approved by ORAU 60 days prior to travel.
