NASA Internship Programs

NASA offers two main internship programs, OSTEM and Pathways, for students to gain hands-on experience and contribute to agency missions.

Eligibility
Must be 16 years old at time of application (OSTEM) or appointment (Pathways).; OSTEM: 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.; Pathways: 2.9 GPA on a 4.0 scale.; OSTEM: Full-time or part-time college student in a degree-granting program.; Pathways: Degree or certificate seeking student enrolled at least half-time, completed 15 semester hours or 23 quarter hours.
Requirements
U.S. Citizen.; Majors aligned to NASA workforce needs (Pathways).; Able to work at least 480 hours before completing degree/certificate requirements (Pathways).
